What We Provide
Recreational services are available to all residents of Port Perry Place. Activities are meant to be fun, designed to get the resident involved with others and give them the chance to try new things. Special activities for Alzheimer’s residents are provided to motivate them and preserve their independence. One-on-one and/or small group and evening activities are available.
Some activities available include:
Bingo
Arts & crafts
Manicure
In-house concerts/entertainment
Exercise classes
Picnics and group excursions
Singing
The home has a robust number of volunteers as well as local clubs and youth volunteers that provide a variety of service support to all the residents on a regular basis.
